Situation
Toshiba’s website offers a range of information that cannot be viewed by mobile devices. At the point-of-sale customers have to rely on the information provided by the individual shop assistant, meaning not all the relevant detail may be communicated.
Solution
Because all of Toshiba’s product information is available the obvious solution suggested by nu was to put it into a format that could be transferred to mobile devices by scanning a QR code.
